- I have been making bears since about 2001 I think and they have changed enormously sinse the early days. Although I don't collect many other artist bears I absolutely love old bears. I like making my bears to look old and scruffy. I live with my husband and have 2 gorgeous daughters who are 21 & 23. Anna has just finished 4 years at Warwick Uni and a year teacher training so is now a Teacher looking for a job!!! And Amy has just finished her year abroad at Bristol uni where she has spent 6 months in Milan and 6 months in Valencia studying Italian and Spanish.
